A career as recruiting manager is in demand in the recent times. They are the personnel who recruit the different candidates based on their field of interest and market situation. Recruiting managers play a role of mediator between the deserving candidate and the employer. They are solely responsible for placing the right candidate at right place. There are no specific certification courses available for the recruiting manger but one can have certificates showing their managerial power and knowledge. As a military recruiter one needs to go through certification courses to be able to qualify him for the post.

The salaries of the manger may vary from place to place and depending on type of recruitment agency which hires them. The average annual salary of the manger ranges from $35,000 to $90,000. The salary can increase depending on ones capabilities and skills. As a military recruiter, besides the salary there are lots of other facilities provided. The facility includes health care insurance, pension plans etc.

The number of job opportunities coming this way is increasing exponentially and as such the process of recruiting is becoming very important. The job market of the manager is also increasing with the same pace. According to recent survey it has been found that the demand of recruiting-manager is going to increase by 2011.
