Medical Recruiter Jobs
A medical recruiter position may be available with a medical college, hospital, clinic or a consultancy. A medical recruiter is responsible for recruiting medical professionals for the above mentioned variety of employers. Specific duties of a medical recruiter position may include contacting employers through telephone calls or personal visits, getting information about their current needs for man power, getting a list of available positions, visiting jobsites in order to get information about more employers and applicants, contacting prospects, informing them about the openings and other details, guiding prospects in various stages of the recruitment process, meeting and exceeding recruitment targets for specific periods and performing several other tasks. A medical recruiter typically reports to a recruiting manager.
A medical recruiter should have a four-year degree. Familiarity with various positions and jargons in the medical industry are essential. Prior experience in medical recruitment is desirable.
