Military Recruiter Jobs
A military recruiter is responsible for recruiting service men for the military. Specific duties of a military recruiter include keeping an eye on recruitment drives undertaken by army, navy and the air force; understanding their recruitment needs; visiting various jobsites and contacting consulting firms; making use of contacts in the various arms of the military; informing the prospects about suitable openings; following up with prospects to ensure that an opportunity is converted; guiding the candidates through various steps in recruitment process; coordinating with various department members and performing several other tasks. A military recruiter typically reports to a recruiting manager.
A military recruiter should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Excellent academic credentials are essential. Prior experience working as a military recruiter may be advantageous. Excellent negotiation skills are essential.
