An army recruiter's job is a very important one as there is a lot of governmental defense work involved in it. This job enables you to serve the nation. The duty of this person is to recruit army men who wish to serve the government. If you are selected to become an army recruiter, then you will be joining a team of professionals manning today's army in the image of what the army leadership wants the army to be. An army recruiter is responsible for all the management, support, and administrative functions. This job requires high entrepreneurial qualities. He will have to do all the documentary data, such as the joining data of the soldiers and all the legal work. He must go to several cities and conduct recruiting camps, and select some candidates who are willing to join the army. The salary of a recruiter is impressive. Thus, this job is financially fulfilling, besides being noble as it is government service. Also, the army recruiter job is gaining importance rapidly.

To be successful, you must be a graduate in any subject. However, no innumeracy is expected, and GCSE level knowledge of math and English language is expected. A degree in information technology (IT) or business with language may boost your chances of getting elected as an army recruiter. For an army recruiter, minimum of 180 UCAS points is required.
