Telecommuting Recruiter Jobs description
A telecommuting recruiter is responsible for recruiting candidates for the employer or its clients, while working from home and communicating through telephone or fax. Typicaly duties of a telecommuting recruiter include visiting various job sites, matching candidate profiles with available openings, preparing a list of eligible candidates, communicating with prospects through phone or email, providing prospects with relevant information, guiding the candidates through the entire recruitment process, handling their queries, negotiating on behalf of the prospects, following up with employers for various formalities, meeting and exceeding periodical recruitment targets in various sectors, and performing several other tasks. A telecommuting recruiter typically reports to a recruiting manager.A telecommuting recruiter should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Excellent academic credentials are essential. Prior experience working as a telecommuting recruiter may be helpful. Excellent negotiation skills are essential.
