Interviews are conducted with a motive to secure the best talent needed for a job. The interviews follow a format and a pattern. Each interview is based on different subject as per the need.

There are many possibilities that the interviews might turn into horror stories. The horror stories in the interview are created because of the wrong hiring of the employees. Those employees are hired who do not suit the required job. They lack in their skills and qualifications to suit this job.

There are many incidents of interview horror stories. It is all because of unfair favors and wrong selection. The horror interviews are just waste of time and money. The horror interviews do not meet the purpose of conducting the interviews. Therefore, such stories should be avoided to meet the organizational purpose.



One such horror story that I have heard about is named as 'THE WARLOCK OF ''WOE IS ME''-'. In this a guy showed himself as excellent and talented. But when he was placed on his job he used to create mistakes and mishaps. The mistakes are expected but the horror part was he used to blame others for his responsibilities.

The error was investigated and the guy was hold accountable for his mistakes.

The interviews are scheduled according to the company need and plan. The human resource department handles the interview processes. They are responsible for the job interviews. The human resource team hire, recruit, select, and control the staff. The human resource department is responsible for running the whole organization. The human resource department is known as the life blood of the organization. The job interviews are planned according to the job type and the type of recruitment.
