Internet Recruiter Jobs description
An internet recruiter is responsible for recruiting employees for the company or clients through the use of internet. Specific duties of an internet recruiter include communicating with clients or their hr department, getting a list of positions for which recruitments are to be done, studying their eligibility criteria, visiting online jobsites or job portals, preparing a list of eligible candidates, contacting the eligible candidates, matching jobs with candidates, arranging interviews with the clients, following up with the recruitment procedures, ensuring that the candidate shows up for interviews, negotiating rates or commissions with clients as well as candidates and performing several other tasks. An internet recruiter typically reports to a recruitment manager.An internet recruiter should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a relevant area. Excellent communication skills are essential. Prior experience working as an internet recruiter is advantageous.
