Recruiting Manager Jobs description
A recruiting manager is responsible for supervising a team of recruiters in various industries and ensuring that the team meets certain recruitment goals. Specific duties of a recruiting manager include supervising a team of recruiters, handling administrative issues for the team, keeping track of leaves and other disciplinary issues, guiding recruiting agents on recruitment techniques, working on premium recruitment projects, ensuring that proper training and resources are available to recruiters, maintaining a database of employers, making telephone calls to employers and applicants, hiring and training recruiters, appraising the recruiters and performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. A recruiting manager typically reports to recruiting manager.A recruiting manager should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree. Relevant experience as a recruiting manager may be helpful. Excellent coordination skills and ability to drive others may be required.
