Corporate Recruiter Jobs description
A corporate recruiter is responsible for recruiting a wide variety of professionals for corporations. Specific duties of a corporate recruiter include communicating with employers; gathering recruitment information; understanding the kind of people they want; visiting job portals to find out about new openings and applicants or their resumes; maintaining a database of employers; openings as well as applicants; making telephone calls to employers and applicants; using contacts in the industry to identify prospects; contacting the individuals, providing them with assistance in recruitments; communicating interview schedules; scheduling more than one interviews for a candidate maintaining confidentiality; following up for both recruitments as well as commissions and performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor. A corporate recruiter typically reports to recruiting manager.A corporate recruiter should have an associate's degree or a bachelor's degree in a relevant area. Excellent coordination skills and ability to drive others are essential. Prior experience working as a corporate recruiter may be advantageous.
