HR Recruiter Jobs description
An HR recruiter position is a recruiter position in the HR department. An HR recruiter is responsible for recruiting employees for the various sectors in which the employing firm operates. Specific duties of an HR recruiter position include visiting jobsite or portals on the web for information on prospects in various industries, creating a database of prospects suitable for various positions, contacting prospects through telephone calls, emails or text messages, establishing proper communication with prospects, informing them about the openings and other details, guiding prospects in various stages of recruitment process, taking feedback from line managers on successful recruitments and performing several other tasks. An HR recruiter typically reports to a recruiting manager.An HR recruiter should have a four-year degree. An MBA in human resource management may be helpful. Prior experience working as an hr recruiter is advantageous. Familiarity with various industries and positions relating to them are essential.
